'Return to Me, 1-day retreat' Mt Jinba Course

Fujino is a land surrounded by rich nature, about an hour from the city centre. Visitors can experience a moving meditation (workshop using the body) in an old house while visiting Fujino's shrines, mountains, forests and streams, and have a retreat for body and mind.

About the event
In the morning, participants will take a walk to the unexplored Guntori Shrine. In the afternoon, the workshop moves to Kuzuhara Shrine, not far from the workshop venue, Satoyama Nagaya. The relatively flat paths make this a good walk for those who lack exercise or are unsure of their physical fitness. The forests of each shrine have a variety of plants and trees to enjoy the changing seasons, and as there are fewer visitors on weekdays, you can experience an atmosphere filled with divine spirit.
